Midtown Convenience is the main grocery and convenience store of Burlington. It is located near the main intersection, on Harbourview Road.

It has been owned by various owners since its opening, and only recently re-opened under new management (August 11, 2008). Currently, if offers groceries and snacks, as well as hardware, toiletries, cards, and other products.

Along with the re-opening of Midtown Convenience, the residents of Burlington may now take advantage of a new service being offered to them!  Store owners Jamie and Kim have gone one step further with their business by opening a small cafe, which they have appropriately name 'Hide-a-way Cafe'. Located in the store building, it has just recently opened this weeks with the hopes of providing a warm, home-like atmosphere to customers.  It offers a variey of food and hot drinks: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or cappuccino, along with an assortment of muffins, ice cream, pie, and subs. Support this newly owned local business by taking time out of your busy day to relax, while at the same time enjoying good food and company!

Wolverine Enterprises is a trucking company, owned and operated by Dwight Goudie. It provides trucking services all over the province and country. Available to haul wood, lumber, chips, heavy machinery, gravel and just about anything else.
